We recently held a challenge to find the most unique designs involving slideshows, and we were blown away by the creativity and innovation that participants brought to the table. After careful consideration, we’ve selected a winner and a few noteworthy runner-ups.

Morgan Servoz — Retro Character Creator
Morgan Servoz’s winning entry was a retro character creator that brilliantly imitated character creation screens in RPGs. The design used multiple slideshows, meticulously crafted to allow users to make bespoke retro-style characters. The unique design collected the most likes with its nod to nostalgia.
Corné Romme — Stunning Depth Effect
Corné Romme combined two slideshows to create a mesmerizing depth effect. The first slideshow features beautiful scenery artwork, while the second showes type with a slightly different animation curve. The result is visually stunning.
Toni Järvinen — Responsive Video Slideshow
Toni Järvinen crafted a stunning slideshow featuring product videos that are sure to impress. With each slide being a true work of art, viewers are sure to enjoy the visual experience it provides. Plus, it comes fully responsive!
Anshita P Nair — Vivid Blog Slideshow
Anshita P Nair combines stunning visuals, vibrant colors, and attractive typography to create an attractive slideshow. Each slide has a hover effect and a call to action. We enjoyed clicking through this one!
