Copy and paste the component into your Framer project.
Add it to the Template page (the page that contains your Navigation and Footer) so it appears across all pages.
Set the position to Fixed and adjust it to sit on the left or right side of the page.
The FAQ pop-up widget includes two variants:
Closed Variant: Displays a floating "Have a question?" button.
Open Variant: Reveals the full FAQ panel with a header, subtitle, scrollable list of questions, and a "Contact Support" link at the bottom.
You can edit the heading text to match your brand voice.
Questions & Answers: Add, remove, or edit any FAQ item directly in Framer to reflect your business's most frequently asked questions.
Button Text: Customize the floating button label, such as "Have a question?", "Need Help?", or "FAQ".
Contact Support Link: Set the "Contact Support" URL to direct users to your email address, help desk, or support page.
Scrollable List: The FAQ panel is fully scrollable, so you can add as many questions as needed without cluttering the UI.
Final Step: Once you've finished customizing the component, set the component to the Closed variant and publish your site.
