Startup Program Manager
Framer is building something big in SF — helping early-stage startups launch websites that make them look like unicorns from day one. We’re hiring a Startup Program Manager to connect with founders, ensuring Framer becomes the tool startups use to launch their first website.
What you’ll do
Drive high-volume outbound and lead generation: Source and convert thousands of startup leads through targeted outreach.
Build and activate a thriving founder community: Engage startups through events and direct outreach, fueling organic traction and peer advocacy.
Accelerate Framer adoption at launch: Guide startups through a robust application funnel, ensuring strong market fit and process efficiency.
Champion Framer in SF’s startup scene: Represent Framer at the heart of San Francisco’s tech community, making it the go-to tool for founders.
What you’ll bring
You’ve ideally worked in a high-growth startup or VC/accelerator—you know the ecosystem and thrive in it.
You’re resourceful and scrappy—excited to help grow this initiative from its early days and eager to have a real impact.
You’re a natural connector who moves fast, adapts even faster, and loves making things happen.
