Move a subscription between projects

If you purchased a subscription for the wrong project, you can move it to another project in the same workspace.

Move a subscription

To transfer a subscription to another project:

1. Open the Dashboard.

2. Open your workspace settings and click on the Billing tab.

3. Locate the subscription you want to move.

4. Open the plan’s menu and select Move Plan.

5. Choose the destination project.

6. Click Move to confirm.

The subscription will be transferred to the selected project.

Requirements

Before moving a subscription, make sure that:

• Both projects are in the same workspace.

• The destination project is on the Free subscription.

• You have permission to manage subscriptions in the workspace.

What happens when a plan is moved?

When a subscription is transferred:

• The subscription is removed from the original project.

• The destination project receives the subscription.

• Any custom domain connected to the original project is removed.

You may need to reconnect or reconfigure the domain after the transfer, depending on your setup.
