Move a Site plan between projects
If you purchased a site plan for the wrong project, we can easily transfer it to the correct one for you.
To initiate the transfer of your Site subscription to another project, contact us via our Account support and provide the following information:
The project link of the current project where the subscription is currently active.
The project link of the new project where you want the subscription to be moved.
Please consider the following requirements for a successful transfer:
Both projects need to be in the same workspace for the transfer to proceed. If they are not, the transfer cannot be processed.
Certain settings, like custom domains, will not transfer automatically to the new project. You will need to manually transfer these settings after completing the subscription transfer.
Upon receiving your email, our support team will promptly handle your request and update you once the transfer is done.
