Setup is quick and beginner-friendly, making this a practical custom chat widget for instant messaging.
Be sure to enable your X privacy settings correctly, or users won't be able to message you.
Go to: Settings → Privacy → Chats and set it to either:
Everyone: anyone can send you messages
Verified users: only verified/premium users can send messages
If this setting is set to None, no one will be able to send you messages from the widget. Make sure you enable either Everyone or Verified users depending on who you want to receive messages from.
