Copy and Pasting Update

This update adds the ability to copy and paste layers and styles between multiple projects—even between your browser and the Framer desktop app. We’ve also made it easier to replace and customize images. See all changes below.

  • You can now copy and paste layers between projects via the context menu.

  • You can now copy and paste layer styles between your projects.

  • You can now copy and paste between your browser and the desktop app.

  • Pasting an image with a Frame selected will now set its Image Fill.

  • Double-clicking a Frame with an Image Fill will open the Image pop-out.

  • Images pasted via context menu will now be inserted below your cursor.
