What do the “Remaining time on...” and “Unused time on…” lines mean on my invoice?
On my invoice, two items are mentioned: “Remaining time on...” and “Unused time on...”. What does this mean?
When you add seats or upgrade your site plan during a billing cycle, we adjust your charges accordingly. The “Unused time on...” line is a credit for the portion of your previous plan that you paid for but won't use due to the change. The “Remaining time on...” line represents the charge for the rest of your billing cycle at the new rate.
