How to find and download an invoice?
If you've purchased a subscription and need to access your invoice later, Framer simplifies the process for you.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
Upon logging into your Framer account, navigate to the Dashboard.
In the left sidebar, find your team and click on the three-dot menu. From the dropdown, select "Workspace Settings.”
Inside Workspace Settings, click on "Plans." Here, you'll find a list of all your active subscriptions.
To view your invoices, click any of the three-dot icons next to a team plan or project and select “View Invoices.”
You will then be redirected to your payment provider's website, where you can access and download the invoices associated with your account.
Please note that Framer does not currently link invoices directly to the projects that incurred the costs. For specific account or billing support, please contact us via our Account Support.
