Community Manager
We’re hiring a Community Manager to support and scale our global community of Framer users especially through meetups, online channels, and local events. You’ll be the friendly face behind our growing presence in the design ecosystem, helping to cultivate relationships with Framer Experts, creators, and fans around the world. If you love design tools, know what makes community-building feel natural (not forced), and thrive in a fast paced, creative environment - this might be for you.
What you’ll do
Support and scale Framer’s global meetup program - helping creators, agencies, and experts host unforgettable local events
Coordinate with Framer Ambassadors to launch new city chapters and keep community momentum going
Represent Framer at design events and hackathons, building relationships and spotting great partners
Source and share stories of creators building amazing things with Framer
Monitor and engage with our community across X, LinkedIn, and more
Gather feedback and insights from creators and users to bring back to the product and marketing teams
What you’ll bring
2-5 years of experience in community, events, or creator partnerships at a high-growth startup
You’ve supported community programs like meetups, user groups, or ambassador initiative
Comfortable attending events and building organic relationships (you genuinely like people)
Clear communicator, especially online - across DMs and socials
Detail-oriented but scrappy; can get things done without a big ops team
Not afraid to jump into fast-paced conversations or threads
Curious and creative about how to connect people around design
Bonus: You already know Framer, or you’re excited to learn and build in it
