Tech Lead
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our growing engineering team and take ownership of both technical direction and team execution. You’ll lead a group of engineers through complex challenges, drive the roadmap in partnership with product, and help shape the culture of our org as we scale.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of engineers across Product and technical initiatives.
Own the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design.
Drive critical engineering processes—on-call, incident response, and escalations.
Debug complex issues, working hands-on with your team to find the root cause.
Mentor engineers and support their growth through regular feedback and guidance.
Help build the foundations of a strong, healthy engineering culture.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
Hands-on experience as a senior-level Software Engineer.
Skilled at balancing individual contributions with leading and unblocking a team.
Track record of owning high-impact systems and technical decisions.
Bonus: You’ve been part of a scale-up and understand what it takes to grow with a company.
