August Update: Clip

The August Update brings a new default Overflow value to all layers: Clip. Using Clip fixes all known smooth scrolling issues, all while letting you still clip the contents of your layers. It even provides performance benefits over other Overflow values, like Hidden. Plus, it seamlessly works with Sticky positioning, no layout changes needed. A much better default all around.
