Framer is becoming the standard for professional sites

Framer helps companies build and run better websites, better looking and better working, without code. Designers and marketers can now ship an entire .com directly, making Framer the fastest way to build and scale large, high-quality sites.

That shift is already happening. Close to half of the latest Y Combinator batch launched with Framer, alongside global brands like Perplexity, Scale AI, Huel, Miro, Zapier, and Mixpanel. Today, hundreds of thousands of sites run on Framer, with more than half a million people using the platform each month.

And we’ve been doing it profitably. Framer has been break-even for the past year, which put us in the position where our existing investors, Meritech and Atomico, approached us about a new round.

$100M to fuel the next chapter

We’re excited to share that we’ve raised $100 million in Series D funding at a $2 billion valuation, led by our long-time partners Meritech and Atomico with participation of WiL and HV.

We weren’t out fundraising. The round came together because of our traction with fast-growing startups and global brands, the strength of our business, and the size of the opportunity ahead.

With this new capital, we’ll accelerate US expansion, deepen our investment in AI, and continue scaling both product and go-to-market, all focused on one mission: making Framer the place where companies run their entire .com.

Why teams are choosing Framer

For more than a decade, tools like Wix and Squarespace have made it easier to spin up personal sites. But when it comes to professional, high-traffic, brand-defining websites, teams have still been stuck in developer-heavy workflows. That’s the gap we’re closing.

What’s next

This funding allows us to move faster on the things that matter most. And this fall, we’ll be taking things even further with major new announcements at our upcoming event.

Longer term, our focus is clear: making Framer the platform where any company, of any size, can run their entire .com end-to-end. That means better creative tools, new ways to collaborate, and continued gains in speed, reliability, and performance.
