We’ve changed how we bill for sites and editors starting May 27, 2026. These changes were made to prepare for the future and make our billing system more flexible and robust.
So, what’s changed?
Added support for content editors, which are billed at a lower rate than full editors. Content editors can update the CMS, manage localization, and use on-page editing.
All full editors now have the same price across all plans.
Added support for applying promo code discounts to existing subscriptions.
Sites and their add-ons are now billed separately instead of combining everything into a single invoice. This makes invoices easier to understand and manage.
You can now purchase editor seats upfront, and they can be used interchangeably.

How can I migrate to the new billing?
Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Plans tab. Scroll down and click ‘Switch Now’ then follow the steps.
Will my workspace use the new billing automatically?
We will slowly migrate existing accounts to the new billing. Your subscriptions will remain active and your site will remain online.
What if I don't want separate invoices per site subscription?
Our new billing system does not support billing everything on one invoice. However, we are looking into ways to support this in the future.
