Localization Update: Content Panel & Opt-In

The brand-new Content panel makes managing localized content easier than ever. It gives you a clear overview of all your pages, collections and components across locales, and you can decide which ones to include, keep untranslated, or hide entirely. You can also apply these preferences to multiple items, or to all your locales at once. Also, when adding a new locale, you can choose to include all content by default or keep it untranslated. This gives you the flexibility to localize a site gradually, for example starting with just your homepage and including other pages over time.
