Refund policy

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions, as outlined in our policy:

  • E.U. and Turkey residents: You are legally entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase.

  • Other regions or late requests: Refunds cannot be processed if you are outside the E.U. or Turkey or if the request is made after the 14-day period.

Cancelling your subscription does not guarantee a refund for any portion of the term’s fee. Refunds are not provided for unused terms on an active account. However, if you downgrade your plan, any unused amount will be credited and can be applied to future purchases.

Our order process is managed by Stripe or our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders, handling customer service inquiries and returns. You are responsible for all subscription fees, applicable taxes, and charges incurred during your monthly or annual term.
